HOW THE QUOTE WORKS

Build the service around your property, then decide.

  1. 01

    Start with the property

Enter the address, confirm that it is in our service area, and outline the driveway on the aerial map.

  2. 02

    Choose the service

Select winter or one-time service, plowing or snowblowing, and answer the surface, slope, and storm questions that affect the work.

  3. 03

    Review the driveway price

See the driveway service price before providing your name, email address, or phone number. Then decide whether to add walkways, steps, or salt and sand.

  4. 04

    Set your preferences

Winter customers select a Small Storm Trigger. Every customer provides a preferred completion time, property notes, and a preferred update method.

  5. 05

    Confirm without an upfront charge

Review the final price and securely save a payment method. Nothing is charged when you enroll or submit the request.

HOW ONGOING SERVICE WORKS

From the first flakes to the completion notice.

Your selected trigger guides smaller storms. Larger storms may require more than one separately charged visit to keep accumulation manageable.

  1. 01

    Smaller storms follow your trigger

For winter service, storms under 6 inches are serviced based on the Small Storm Trigger you selected. The trigger determines when the property generally qualifies for service, not an exact arrival time.

  2. 02

Larger storms may require multiple visits

During larger or extended storms, we generally return after approximately every 6 inches of accumulation. A 9-inch storm may involve one visit around 6 inches and another after the storm. A 7-inch storm may require only one visit depending on timing and conditions. Each completed visit is separately charged at your accepted per-visit price.

  3. 03

    Every visit is documented

After each service, the provider submits a completion photo and GPS timestamp. You receive an email or text confirming the work is complete, and only then is your saved payment method charged.

  4. 04

    Concerns are handled directly

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the completed work, contact us within 24 hours. We will speak with you, arrange a reasonable correction at no additional cost, and refund the last completed plow for that storm if we cannot make it right.

PROCESS QUESTIONS

What to expect from quote to completion.

Does instant pricing mean a truck arrives immediately?+

No. Instant refers to receiving the price online. Service timing depends on your plan, selected trigger, weather, routing, road conditions, and provider availability.

Do I have to provide contact information to see the price?+

No. Your name, email address, and phone number are requested only after you have seen and approved the price.

When does service happen for a smaller storm?+

Winter-service customers choose a Small Storm Trigger. For storms under 6 inches, that selection determines when the property generally qualifies for service. It is not a guaranteed appointment or exact arrival threshold.

What happens when a storm exceeds 6 inches?+

We generally service the property after approximately every 6 inches of accumulation and may return after the storm for the remaining accumulation. The number of visits depends on the storm total, timing, local conditions, and route operations. Each completed visit is separately charged.

When is my card charged?+

Your saved card is charged only after an individual service has been completed and documented with a completion photo and GPS timestamp.

What is the No-Nonsense Satisfaction Guarantee?+

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed residential service, contact us within 24 hours. We will discuss the concern and arrange a correction at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the charge for the last completed plow associated with that storm.

How do I raise a concern about completed work?+

Notify us within 24 hours through the Customer Portal or the contact method in your completion notice. Explain the concern and provide photos when reasonably available. We will speak with you and must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect or correct the work.
