Winter customers select a Small Storm Trigger. Every customer provides a preferred completion time, property notes, and a preferred update method.
Review the final price and securely save a payment method. Nothing is charged when you enroll or submit the request.
Your selected trigger guides smaller storms. Larger storms may require more than one separately charged visit to keep accumulation manageable.
For winter service, storms under 6 inches are serviced based on the Small Storm Trigger you selected. The trigger determines when the property generally qualifies for service, not an exact arrival time.
During larger or extended storms, we generally return after approximately every 6 inches of accumulation. A 9-inch storm may involve one visit around 6 inches and another after the storm. A 7-inch storm may require only one visit depending on timing and conditions. Each completed visit is separately charged at your accepted per-visit price.
After each service, the provider submits a completion photo and GPS timestamp. You receive an email or text confirming the work is complete, and only then is your saved payment method charged.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the completed work, contact us within 24 hours. We will speak with you, arrange a reasonable correction at no additional cost, and refund the last completed plow for that storm if we cannot make it right.
The service record, payment timing, and satisfaction process are designed to give you a clear answer before service and useful proof after it is completed.

Winter-service customers choose a Small Storm Trigger. For storms under 6 inches, that selection determines when the property generally qualifies for service. It is not a guaranteed appointment or exact arrival threshold.
We generally service the property after approximately every 6 inches of accumulation and may return after the storm for the remaining accumulation. The number of visits depends on the storm total, timing, local conditions, and route operations. Each completed visit is separately charged.
Your saved card is charged only after an individual service has been completed and documented with a completion photo and GPS timestamp.
