Can I see the price without sharing contact information?
Yes. No name, email, or phone is required until after you have seen and approved the price.
What is the difference between seasonal and one-time service?
Seasonal service is recurring, charged per visit, and receives priority. One-time service is scheduled as availability permits.
What happens after 6 inches of snow?
For seasonal service, we generally return after approximately every 6 inches of accumulation and may return after the storm for the remaining accumulation. Depending on timing and conditions, a 9-inch storm may involve two visits while a 7-inch storm may involve one. Each completed visit is separately charged.
What is the No-Nonsense Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed residential service, contact us within 24 hours. We will speak with you, arrange a reasonable correction at no additional cost, and refund the last completed plow for that storm if we cannot make it right.
How will I know the work was completed?
Every completed service includes a completion photo and GPS timestamp. We send an email or text confirmation before charging your saved payment method.

Yes. Those options appear after the driveway price and are listed separately in the price summary.
